Lifeguarding (15+ years old)
Designed for lifeguards at traditional pool settings, this course provides essential training in key areas of aquatic safety. Participants will develop professionalism, learn effective patron and facility surveillance techniques, master victim recognition, and perform equipment-based rescues. The course also covers proper care for head, neck, and back injuries, ensuring lifeguards are prepared to respond confidently and competently in critical situations.
Course Time: 31.25 hours
Waterfront Lifeguarding (15+ years old)
Perfect for lifeguards serving non-surf, open-water environments—such as lakes, rivers, and traditional pools—this course delivers comprehensive training in aquatic safety. Participants will develop professionalism, sharpen their skills in patron and facility surveillance, master rescue board techniques, and strengthen their emergency preparedness. Additional topics ensure lifeguards are equipped to respond confidently in a wide range of scenarios.
